Everthing Is Comming Up Flowers

Hi Friends

I hope you had a great weekend, it was pretty busy around the shop this weekend. I sold 2 dressers and alot of small furniture pieces. I feel like I need to go shopping to restock but I know all I have to do is go next door to my storage place and get to work on some great furniture that has been waiting its turn. I worked inside the house today. Remember these cute flowers from the the last post?

Well I finely decided where to use them.

I thought these little bags would be sweet Valentine gifts for the little Valentine

This one would be a sweet Easter Baskit

All the small bags are for sale in The Vintage Pearl for only 15.00

I finished this lamp today...I call it my leaning tower of flowers

The lamp has a slight leaning one side and I couldn't figure out how to straighten it.

 The lamp and lampshade are 20.00

I've been busy creating and sewing today, what about you?
I wanted to put something new in the studio for this weekend, and since I don't go to markit. I have to make what ever goes in the shop this week.

I think the blue fabric is very beachy and the flowers remind me of spring.

If you get a chance to make it to Port O'Connor this weekend you can pick these up for your fish camp or I like to call it... my Bay Cottage.

I'm working on somethings for Valentines day

Its a beautiful day here in POC

Its about 70 degrees and sunny with very little wind

Its a great day to be out on the water

If your not on the water fishing or duck hunting you should be in our shops checking out all the the great buys to be had

 As you can see The Vintage Pearl has a little something for everyone at a  great  affordable price

Just across the road is my sweet hubby's place Port O'Connor Rods

We are in the middle of expanding the shop

So make sure and drop in and checking out the progress

We are adding a glass showcase window to the front of the shop

This will really show off the retail area

This is a picture of the inside of the old rental being torn apart

 This is greatly  needed retail space

 There is alot of work ahead of us but hopefully we will be

finished by March

 Here is my sweet hubby hard at work

 The shop is in need of a good clean up
